Even if you have an appointment you should allot at least two hours to be seen. Every time I have called to leave a message for the nurse it is either ignored or call back later. I just wanted to ask about a medication they prescribed me. Guess what? The computer is down so I will not even patch you to the nurse just call back tomorrow maybe then we can do something for you.
Went up there with a medication referral from a Forrest General Doctor and they still decided not to write me the right medication. I've lost 2 jobs now that I was making 50k+ but I didn't get the right medication and still having the same issues. I believe they are just profiling and trying to get the patients out as quick as possible.
Every time I have had to walk in because of something unexpected and due to my work schedule they have turned me away, this has been going on for more than 2 years now. They misdiagnosed my son's appendicitis year ago and he ended up having to be air lofted within 2 days of their faulty diagnoses. I know it is more affordable but if you can possibly afford to go elsewhere please do. The front staff does not give a hang about their patients and some of the nursing staff is rude. Just stay away. Going to the er and will pay 4xs what the problem costs to fix because of poor clinic management.
